We are able to offer 3D printing for the development of prototypes and particular applications where traditional milling and turning don't suit.
To maintain a high standard of quality, our inspection department is equipped with a CMM (Co-ordinate measuring Machine) to measure and record the features of the components produced. Whilst in production, continual monitoring of the key features are carried throughout the manufacturing process and recorded to assure consistency.

We operate two CAD/CAM systems to handle the programming, designing and engineering of our customers' components. (EDGECAM version 2015 R1, 3D CAD/CAM, Part modeler and ESprit 2014) These systems have the capability of handling 3D Solid Models, and can produce NC programs for our Mill/Turn Five Axis Lathe, Mill/Turn Centre, Vertical Machining Centres integrated with a 4th axis, and 3D printer. To handle the procurement of materials, customer orders, purchases, control of processes, planning, and invoicing we have in place a “MRP”system (REDant). The system has allowed us to consolidate and manage all aspects of our customers' orders with full traceability and full control.
